Brief Description: This project aims to:
1. Identify the gaps and challenges encompassing the corn seed value chain;
2. Identify the interventions that would address the gaps and challenges in the corn seed value chain;
3. Determine relevant policies and programs that need to be implemented for the development of a
seed production network of corn;
4. Come up with a baseline study for use in the crafting of the corn seed industry roadmap by the
program implementers; and
5. Be used as a reference by program implementers and policy makers in the crafting of relevant
policies and guidelines.
