The International Internship Program is comprised of two main tracks: (1) Young Filipino Farm Leaders Training Program in Japan (YFFLTPJ) and (2) Filipino Young Farmers Internship Program in Taiwan (FYFIPT). Since their implementation, the YFFLTPJ and FYFIPT have produced an increasing number of intern graduates who have gained extensive exposure to advanced farming systems, value chain management, and cross-cultural experiences.
The main objective of this evaluation is to assess the design, implementation, and outcomes of YFFLTPJ and FYFIPT, focusing on the program’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability.
