Brief Description: The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the FSTP’s implementation by the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) and identify factors contributing to its success or challenges. Specifically, it seeks to:
1. Determine the effectiveness and extent to which the objectives of the FSTP were achieved.
2. Determine the cost-effectiveness and resource utilization of the program in achieving its intended
outcomes.
3. Determine the level of engagement and support from various stakeholders
4. Highlight successful strategies and practices within FSTP and identify areas needing improvement
for future program iterations.
5. Recommend strategies and policy measures to further enhance implementation of the FSTP.
