Title: Conduct of Review of the Accreditation Standards of DSWD Centers and Residential Care Facilities
Client: Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
Description: The study’s purpose is to thoroughly evaluate the accreditation standards of the DSWD CRCFs, focusing on assessing their relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. This study aims to evaluate the extent of strengthened standard development and the relationship of the accreditation standards with the program outputs and outcomes for DSWD CRCF. The study will be conducted in two parts: first, a review of the existing indicators which will involve Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and second, the baseline data collection on the proposed indicators where survey and interviews with staff from various sectors of the DSWD CRCFs will be conducted.
