Brief Description: This study will serve as the 4th impact evaluation (IE4) of the 4Ps, which generally aims to assess whether the program is able to achieve the desired outcomes such as increased access in education, health care, and other social services to improve quality of life. This consultancy will cover the data collection for the 4Ps 4th Impact Evaluation Regression Discontinuity Design (RDD) Survey, which involves a nationwide face-to-face survey of the six (6) survey components as follows: survey of households, survey of schools, survey of health facilities, survey of barangay characteristics, cognitive and non-cognitive assessment, and anthropometric measurement.
