Brief Description: The survey aims to establish the proportion of digital technology and e-commerce adopters and users to nonadopters, gauge the level of use and adoption of digital technologies in adopters’ business processes, and understand the reasons and motivations for adoption. For non-adopters, the research aims to understand the barriers to adoption, and the level of readiness for digitalization and ecommerce onboarding. The survey also aims to understand the consumer complaints and redress mechanisms in place for digital technology adopters and non-adopters.
